I’m changing things up in order to better support my body
so here’s the things
after a year of crazy (& scary) health situations I have realized right now it is just easier to live day by day, week by week, month by month. This means I usually only know a week or two before if when & where I’ll be tattooing. all booking request submissions go through venue.ink linked below :)
salt lake pals:
I have a new studio space, The Gala, will be there a few days a week over the next couple months
You are welcome to submit a booking request at any time i’ll reach out when i have time available
missoula friends:
I’ll be back in July!! My dates are still pending but you can submit a request until June 16th
I’ll be getting back to everyone who has submitted in the next two(ish) weeks

aftercare
Allow your second skin to fall off by itself. It it's still on after 3-5 days you can take it off. Under warm water slowly remove second skin by peeling it off. Pat dry and apply ointment.
It is normal for there to be ink residue while second skin is on :)
The first 3-4 days after your bandage comes off, it is important to wash your tattoo and re-apply your ointment as needed.
The main goal is to keep your tattoo hydrated! I recommend using People of Substance, coconut oil, or A&D ointment. Apply ointment morning and night for the first 3-4 weeks. It is normal for thick flakes of color to form and come off. Allow them to fall off naturally. Keep your tattoo safe from the sun by applying sunscreen anytime it is exposed.
Here are some things to avoid during the healing process:
submerging your tattoo in water for long periods (swimming, hot tubs, baths)
scrubbing, picking, or scratching your tattoo or scab + scented lotions or other scented products
